These amazing skirts are made from 5 yards of beautiful high quality printed cotton. They can be worn with the bustles tied up to create the look shown or with the bustles let down to create a smoother over skirt look. This style has 4 rows of bustle loops that can be adjusted to any length you desire.
Our skirts are unique as the fabric is pleated into a 90" waistband that is flat across the front and gathers by drawstring in the back so you don't get that annoying fabric bunch in the waist.
Finished to 40" long with a 2" hem.
These skirts are great layered over a pocket skirt, over a hoop skirt, or bustled up to show off bloomers or under skirt.
