Ruffled Bustling Over Skirt

Handcrafted in Independence, Iowa, we are a small sewing shop that offers limited collections. 

This stunning ruffled bustle overskirt is made from over 4 yards of high-quality sand-colored taffeta fabric. It features a curved hem adorned with a flirty ruffle that flows into a slight train. To achieve the over-bustle look, five small loops are sewn into the flat-felled seams, which can be tied up using the attached ties on the waistband, all discreetly hidden under the generous box pleats. The waistband is designed as a drawstring, allowing for full adjustability to match your desired style. 

This bustle skirt is perfect for layering over a pocket skirt or showcasing bloomers. It is designed to fit all sizes, with a total length of 50 inches.
