Refund policy

Return/Refunds:

As a small business it is exceedingly difficult to offer refunds. However, in certain circumstances, we may offer an exchange or store credit. Our official policy is NO Refunds.

If you feel the item, you received is defective, please contact us at info.eagenie@gmail.com to discuss further options for you. 

 Return/Store Credit:

Contact us via email at info.eagenie@gmail.com to discuss with us your request for an exchange or store credit. We will be able to discuss with you the options available to you concerning your request.

Before contacting us, please check your Delivery email confirmation for the date your item was delivered to you.  We will not accept anything returned for exchange or store credit that is older than 3 weeks past delivery.

The item you wish to exchange will need to be in the same condition as it was received, with our business card tag attached.  We need to have your item returned before we can begin the process of your exchange or store credit.
