Handcrafted in Independence, Iowa, each petticoat is made from 7 full yards of cotton muslin. The design features two deep-tiered ruffles for added fullness. The petticoat includes a pleated waistband that is flat in the front and a drawstring in the back, accommodating waist sizes from 12 to 70 inches. It has a total length of 36 inches.
All seams are serged for durability.
