Chemise - Hip Length - Ruffled Short Sleeve - White Cotton

Handcrafted in Independence, Iowa, our signature chemises are made from 100% cotton fabric. The neck and cuffs feature adjustable elastic, and the sleeves are short and ruffled. The neckline can be adjusted to be worn on the shoulders or off the shoulders. Additionally, we have provided a small gap in the stitching of the elastic casings to allow for further tightening if necessary.

This chemise serves as an excellent base piece for Renaissance, Steampunk, or historical costumes. It is worn under a corset to protect your skin, keep you cool on hot days, and help maintain the cleanliness of your corset. We always recommend breathable cotton as a base layer for hot festivals.

All seams are finished with serging. The hip-length chemise is full-bodied and designed to fit many sizes.
