Shift Chemise - Knee Length- Long Sleeve with Lace Trim - White Cotton

Our signature chemises are handcrafted in Independence, Iowa, using 100% cotton fabric. You can choose between elastic or drawstring options for the neck and cuffs. The long, full sleeves provide ample fullness, featuring a puff above the cuff and a lace-trimmed ruffle below it. The ruffled neckline is adjustable, allowing you to wear it on or off the shoulders. We have included a small gap in the stitching of the elastic casings, making it possible to tighten the elastic if needed.

This chemise serves as an excellent base layer for Renaissance, Steampunk, or historical costumes. It is typically worn under a corset to protect your skin, keep you cool on hot days, and help maintain the cleanliness of your corset. We always recommend breathable cotton as a base layer for hot festivals.

All seams are finished with serging. The knee length chemise is full-bodied and is adjustable to fit many sizes.
