Venetian Courtesan Gown - Burgundy Gold and Cream Floral Brocade Chenille
This beautifully handcrafted gown was made in Independence, Iowa, and draws inspiration from 16th-century Venetian courtesans and the movie *Dangerous Beauty*. It is crafted from elegant Chenille Brocade fabric featuring a lovely floral pattern. The skirt is hand-pleated to the bodice and measures 38 inches in length. If you need a shorter hem, please let us know.
The bodice is fully lined with upholstery-grade cotton and incorporates ½-inch wide steel boning for added strength and support. It laces in the front, allowing for an adjustable fit. Additionally, the gown comes with removable straps and optional detachable sleeves, providing various styling options.
The matching detached sleeves lace onto the upper arm and flow into sheer organza and gold taffeta. This gown is shown over our ruffled short-sleeve chemise and a sand-colored taffeta pocket skirt (please note that these items are not included).
**Sizing Note:** This is the actual size of the gown. For optimal support, your waist should be 2 to 4 inches larger than the listed size.
